There is an air-conditioned food court at chow yang area selling various type of food.I had dinner there, and i noticed this small Chinese stalls selling Soup and chinese dish named - Leong Kee The stall is famous of its steam soup and rice. I ordered a ginseng herbal chicken soup and a bowl of rice. The steamed rice is more soft. I had dinner there, and i noticed this small Chinese stalls selling Soup and chinese dish named - Leong Kee The stall is famous of its steam soup and rice. I ordered a ginseng herbal chicken soup and a bowl of rice.
The steamed rice is more soft. The ginseng soup taste a little of bitter probably due to the ginseng that dissolve in the soup and thicken up the broth. The ingredient found in the soup is quite little, provided only small amount of chicken and herbs. Anyway its a nice and healthy soup.
