This is my all times favorite Seaweed Roll . It consist shreds of seng kuang, carrot, cucumber and some crispy, crunchy crackers is a must ingredient to give a 'kick' to this seaweed roll. Seng kuang,cucumber and carrot strips are fresh and crunchy. The mayonaise sauce covering the ingredients is to make it even more tasty. The popiah skin was slightly thin and soft then it was wrap with a piece of seaweed sheet to it finished up. Overall it taste delicious and it's health for consumption.
