Another combination dish from the platter is the spare ribs in peking sauce. The flavorful spareribs in peking sauce is quite nice and tasty. I love that they have chopped the spare ribs into smaller pieces instead of serving the spare ribs in big chunky piece. The brown color sweet sauce coated every part of the spare ribs. The spare ribs is slightly depp fried before being cooked in the sweet sauce.
