This fish cake is just awesome! Very bouncy and filled with fish meat. The skin of the fish cake was so crispy and juicy. Best eaten when its hot and the chilli sauce that came along enhanced the flavour of this fish cake. I like this because it wan't very oily. Savoury and good as an appetiser before tucking in for your hokkien mee!
