This is unlike cheesecake that I'm used to, though I did expect it, since it's a Japanese cheesecake. To the uninitiated, it's more "cakey" than it is "cheesy". The texture is like soft and fluffy cake, much like chiffon cake but much denser and much richer. The taste of cheese is mild. Really cheap at just RM20 for a whole cake.
