I was told that there was a little restaurant selling variety of noodles . I never expect that they had this sizzling plate noodles selling here too! The noodles is served on a sizzling plate , then come with many big fat mushroom , raw egg. I not sure what the right method to take care that egg. I just mix it with my noodle and stir my noodles. It turn out quite nice hehe. The most good thing at here would be the big fat mushroom, it is so juicy, chewy and lot of them. Taste best when it is ser

The noodles is served on a sizzling plate , then come with many big fat mushroom , raw egg. I not sure what the right method to take care that egg. I just mix it with my noodle and stir my noodles. It turn out quite nice hehe. The most good thing at here would be the big fat mushroom, it is so juicy, chewy and lot of them. Taste best when it is served in hot and you can heard the sizzling sound of eggs popping due to the hot plate.
