Eating porridge is very healthy. Healthy food doesn't mean it has to be bored. For example like this restaurant, they serve teochew porridge but then at the same time they have lots of side dishes for you to choose. Since I can't really eat much, normally I will just take 2 side dishes with a bowl of porridge will do. I got this braised pork.
