It was quite a fuzz knowing that Moonlight is opening its new branch at Puchong Jaya. Since we don't have better suggestion, we opted to go for this cafe for a try.

Downstairs is a bakery shop, and if you wish to dine in have some main dishes, just go to upstairs will do. Well, since this is my first visit to Moonlight, I was quite surprise with the menu - they do have single origin coffee! Nonetheless, the image looks delicious I feel like want to come here every week just to try out their every single dish.

For drinks, we ordered flat white (my favourite), cappuccino, americano, hot chocolate. I'm quite disappointed for my flat white as I don't see the standard coffee art on top of the layer, it's plain white with a thin layer of milky foam. Nonetheless, it simply doesn't seem anyway better for the other drinks. I would say, please do hire some experienced barista instead of part time student for this.

The table waiting time was way tooooo long for what we've ordered. I waited for like 20-25 minutes to get my flat white served, and my friends wait more than 30 minutes for a single cup of Cappuccino.

For the main dish, as usual I don't remember their fancy name, the usual Moonlight breakfast, the wrap with ham+egg served with bacon, the beef kebab-like appetizer, chicken with mustard, and the platters with lots of sausages.

1. Moonlight breakfast - disappointed, as according to my friends. They told us the smoked duck was unavailable and would like to have it replaced with mushroom, with the same price. We don't mind actually, but with that small portion of mushroom-replacement that's a concern. Nonetheless, without the smoked duck this dish is totally fine for vegetarian. If you know what I mean.

2. the wrap with ham+egg served with bacon -- I can only ask youto refer to the photo if you would like to know which dish is this, exactly the same with their display photo in the menu. It's so yum that I start to miss it right now. The wrap was tender, the egg and slightly salty ham inside mix perfectly with the sauce, and the bacon was alright, and the sausages was ... just nice! Nothing to complain about for this. One should really give this a try.

3. Fish fillet? -- according to my friend, the meat was slightly rough. I didn't get to try this as I was too much in love with my wrap.

4. Chicken chop with mustard -- Apparently this portion wasn't so much right for a big size guy. But he didn't complain much, instead order for another beef kebab-like thingy. I guess was just alright.

5. Beef kebab-like thingy -- Sorry for this funny label as I really couldn't recall the dish name. Well, beef was half-marinated, could be better, at least it was tender.

Nonetheless the environment was alright, despite the long table waiting time. It's a good place for gathering and chit-chatting. Will definitely come back for 2nd visit, in fact I'm anticipating for it! Oh the wrap!
