The Clay Pot Salted Fish Chicken full of flavor as the dark sauce mixture of hoi sin sauce , oyster sauce and a few drops of Chinese rice wine or Hua Tiau I guessed. Some crispy salted fish which cut into stripes for topping, chicken meat was smooth and tender .........very appetizing , definitely you need more rice for this awesome dish. Another dish was Homemade Soy Tofu, this soy tofu deep fried until golden brown and it had nice smell of soy, smooth and light in texture. It stir fried with Seng Gua (Petola) some prawns and mushroom slices too. Overall for this dish was delicious.
