According to the locals at Sekinchan, whenever you’re coming to this town, you should not go back without paying this shop a visit. It’s famous for its many fish ball types as well as the fish paste products. They are all freshly made there upon getting the fish meat from the nearby pier, and then are molded into the preferred ingredients like dried bean curd, tau fu pok et cetera, before deep fried and keep frozen. This will ensure the freshness of the food.

The owner is generous enough to let us sample the array of their fresh products. There are fish paste that are wrapping the fragrant parsley with carrots, fish paste with bean curd skin, even the fried UFO that are slightly rounded and many more. All of them taste so oceanic fresh and tangy to the tastebud. According to the owner, yellow eel is being used to make the paste for the sweeter nature of the meat. Yummy !! So, we went back with several containers with some ice cubes to maintain a cold environment for the stocks, enough for 1 week
