First of all, the services are quite poor, where the cashier did not even show politeness towards customer. I don't mind to pay such amount to purchase the beverage, but at least their staff should not show "dark-face" as well as increase the tone of their voice like lost of patient to their customer. Such poor attitude should be prohibited indeed. Besides that, the beverage that I have ordered are not full where my picture clearly shows how their muddle through
