We found this restuarant to be serving quite a decent seafood and chinese dishes. This one here is Butter Milk Escargot. The escargots were big, fat, and juicy. Very fresh indeed. The texture of the escargot is similar to clam but firmer and more meaty. The butter milk sauce was good too. The sauce wasn't exactly heavily creamy, but well seasoned. Slightly salty, but full of the aroma of butter milk. The coriander as garnish also provides a refreshing taste to the dish.
