The invention of butter dishes in Chinese cuisine is brilliant, as many people nowadays love butter themed dishes- whether dry or sauce type. Here at Next Stop, they serve pretty good sauce type butter chicken rice.Chicken cutlets were nicely fried till golden brown then mixed with butter sauce. Succulent and well seasoned chicken went very well with the fragrant and smooth butter sauce, coupled with curry leaves and chopped chilli padi. I can't stop drizzling the butter sauce on my white rice,
