what the most important thing for a good nice steamboat, the first thing you must do is to choose the best broth for your steamboatToday i chooses a normal clear soup and their restaurant recommended 'ma lak' / spicy soup.after i start having the steamboat then only i regret picking the spicy soup, - i had to pay extra RM3 for the soup and we did not really cook using the soup. the reason is because if the food is fresh a clear soup is enough to make the food tasty.The clear soup is good enough
