Firstly, I was delighted at the paper light texture of the shaven ice. It was so light that a slight pressure would make a big dent into the pile of ice. Secondly, the flavor was so bold that I just couldn't help to praise myself for the brilliant choice. The pearls went pretty well with the snow ice but not the strawberries. Eat your strawberries at the end of the dessert instead.
It is by far the best sesame ice I have ever had. Next time I shall try the durian snow ice!
