First, what is Bar B Q Plaza Bar B Q plaza is a self-cooking Mongolian and Japanese style barbeque restaurant. Bar B Q plaza opened its 1st branch at Central Plaza Ladprao, Thailand, it was established in 1987 by Mr Choopong Choopojcharoen.I think maybe not all knew bar b q plaza's history but sure spot it's mascot "Bar B Gon". This is the hot plate. Such a special design, as while you grilled the pork or beef , the juices of meat running into the soup and make it become 'sweet'.
Their special brown sauce,chopped garlic, chilli and slice of cut lime.
We go for the Supreme pork set as we didnt take beef. It comes with 2 bowl of rice. This deal is not comes with drink, so we order 2 ice green tea,RM2.50 each is refillable. Supreme pork set comes with slice pork,pork meatball, bacon, chicken, squid, shrimp, udon, sliced cabbage, baby corn, carrot, lettuce and tomato. Of course the
last but not least pork lard.
First Greased the hot plate with the pork lard, so that is easier for us to grill later. When it is hot enough, we start to grill the pork and put all the vegetable into the soup, so that the soup will be sweet. All the food are fresh, but is just that very 'small' size.
