Sam’s Kitchen brings Southern Indian cuisine to another height with its friendly staffs and bright interior. Sam’s Kitchen emphasizes on fresh ingredients and takes pride in using only herbs and spices to enhance the flavours of their food unlike many others who uses pre-mixed chilli pastes.

To start off the Banana Leaf rice, the staff will lay out a fresh banana leaf on the table. Next, various condiments consists of vegetables will be put on the leaf. The condiments include spinach, mango pickle, cucumber salad, mint chutney, kesari, pappadam, potato crackers and rice crackers. Then, you can choose your curry from the 3 choices – dhal, fish curry and chicken curry. Pour it over the rice and you’re ready to go!
