To start off the Banana Leaf rice, the staff will lay out a fresh banana leaf on the table. Next, various condiments consists of vegetables will be put on the leaf. The condiments include spinach, mango pickle, cucumber salad, mint chutney, kesari, pappadam, potato crackers and rice crackers. Then, you can choose your curry from the 3 choices – dhal, fish curry and chicken curry. Pour it over the rice and you’re ready to go! After the meal, don’t forget to say ‘rombe nalla iruku’ (means delicious) to the staffs there!
