Seldom can find a nice fish soup over here. Since this is one of the few real China restaurant, they do serve it. The soup has a thick base and it taste very sweet. The fish are all boneless so you can eat it safely. I like to pour the soup onto my rice and eat with it because it will make the rice taste nicer.

Tofu, mushrooms, carrot are all my favourites except the broccoli. This dish I think is one of the few non spicy dish at here. The tofu here is very very smooth. Although I don't really like broccoli, I still eat some of it. They cooked till until it is very soft. It didn't give me the very geli taste. Then the sauce is very nice for me to eat with rice.

This dish seems like not spicy at all. The pork is fried with corns, some chilli and onion. It is very salty and when the salty taste finish attacked your taste bud, then the spiciness start to attack again. It is like you have two in one taste in a dish.

If you want me to describe this food, I would say it is oily and spicy. It is like soaked into the chilli oil and of course it taste spicy. This pork slice is quite big in size. When you look at it, you feel like want to put the whole thing into your mouth. Yet you scared the oily part. So it is like make you love and hate at the same time.

I seldom eat dry prawn. Especially the one deep fried until it is real dry and is not moisture at all. This chilli spicy prawn is deep fried until the shell is crispy. The meat of the prawn inside is very dry too. This chilli actually mixture the taste of spicy and saltiness together.

Anyone who likes spicy food will definitely like this chilli chicken. This spicy is the real true spicy. It is a szechuan cooking style. If you can't really take any spicy. I wouldn't recommend you to take this dish at all. There are many dry chillis in this dish. When you take the chicken, better be careful. Or else your tears gonna flow out.

This dish, I will describe it as chinese style kim chi. It is a bit sourish plus a bit of spicy. It is an appetizer and to brings up your appetite before you go for their spicy food. The vegetable is crunchy. I would say I quite enjoy to eat this vegetables.

A new cuisine in my life again, this time turns to Szechuan cuisine. Once the food being served and I just realize that the dish cooked was added in with a huge amount of big green and red chilies pepper. For Szechuan dish, I can taste a strong and strange taste where not everyone will able to accept on it. The spare ribs were tasty but a bit too dry and quite hard to bite it. A simple sweet corn that being fried was crispy on outside and juicy on inside.
