虽然这一间餐厅没有很华丽的装修，但是我个人非常的喜欢，觉得很时尚，也给人一种很舒适的感觉。軟殼蟹天婦羅是了来到这里你不可以错过的started这一，有点像泰国的SOM-TAM，里面有苹果木瓜片和蔬菜配搭。他的酱汁味道十分令你开胃噢。

It's fusion cooking that's fearless & flamboyant: Urban Spoon scoops up forkfuls of Asian & European ingredients, then jackknifes on unexpected tangents from what might as well be a parallel-universe kitchen. Make mine Malaysian: Poached salmon is a culinary cliche, but splatter it with sambal ikan bilis & it's like a salty breath of fresh air for anyone drowning in an ocean of ordinariness. This plate's embarrassment of riches also includes grilled taro, shallot confit & watercress pesto. Chinese chow: Emperor Tang's Duck Confit, with accoutrements of soy & calamansi reduction, maltose, braised cabbage & roast potatoes. What grade should we give meat that's this tender & therapeutically tasty? Something better than an Asian F, for sure.

urban spoon is located inside the plaza damas 3.It's somewhere at sri hartamas.It's facing the main road and i think you can easily find it there.Urban spoon is a fusion style restaurant that offer wide variety of fusion food.This is my set lunch.Very nice i would say.The chicken is heavenly fried to tenderly and juicy texture.the sauce is quite special and taste like the wasabi.This must be the fusion food between japanese and western.The salad are really fresh and tasty too.Quite a special and surprising fusion food to me.

This is the Urban Spoon Bistro at Plaza Damas.I went there with my collegue to have our lunch because they arehaving some lunch promotion. This is our appetizer,shredded duck confit salad.Hardly can see any salad come with the duck meat. This idea is quite new to me.But sadly, this is not really nice, the salad is fresh butnot really go well with the duck meat. The sauce a little too weird and not really match with the whole idea.But frankly speaking, the duck meat is fresh and tender.
