The roasted pork fried rice in Sing Leonghuat is generally decent. I did not like the roasted pork as it did not taste very fresh. The crust of the roasted pork was not very crispy, in fact it was a little chewy. The roasted pork was well salted though. The fried rice was not too bad but it does not have the wok hei that I would expect. The fried rice comes with mixed vegetables, scrambled eggs and it goes well with the saltiness of the pork.This dish costs Rm7.80 with the added fried egg. continue reading
