This is the original fish headnoodles. I like this! The noodles is so springy and not chewy at all.The soup is so creamy and slightly a littlebit sour. Their Fish head noodle is so delicious. the fish head fried until crispy and the fish head bone also able to eat.the soup they mix wine and milk inside the soup is amazing but prefect, taste so good!their spicy chili is one more thing to give extra point.

The ambience here is nice, all the decorations,lighting are nice.Quite comfortable ambience.It's quite surprisingly, the soup is not too strong pepper taste but slightly sour with salted vege taste. I kind of like the soup base. Unfortunately same thing happen to this fish head, the ling fish head is not crispy and the fleshdoesn't have sweet taste as well.
