We wanted to have some greens to complement our lunch. The waiter recommended us to have the kangkung as he mentioned that it was quite fresh. We agreed, and we ordered the sambal kangkung. I think it should be named belacan kangkung instead. The kangkung was well fried full of wok hei. Not overly fried, and the kangkung still retained its crunchy vegetable mouthfeel. Priced at RM7 for a small portion, it was well worth the money paid. continue reading
