Come to eat the pan mee, I will actually see if their taste is very traditional type or they already changed it. First of all is look at their vegetables. The traditional type of pan mee using different types of vegetables, i don't know what it called but it is very soft and taste very sweet. The vegetable won't say crunchy type. Then the soup here taste quite sweet too.
