Restaurant Ali Maju (Closed)

The Pattaya Fried Rice used to be my favourite back in high school. I ordered it this time around because i was craving for it. This would be so much better without the chilli sauce on top, i hated the sweetness of chilli sauce. I scraped it all away and i found that the rice itself was a bit bland. The egg texture was soft and well, no one can really go wrong with frying an omelette and wrapping the rice inside the omelette.

This is the restoran Ali Maju at damansara town center. Restoran Ali Maju is a indian muslim style restaurant thatserved different types of indian muslim dishes. This is the curry chicken. Curry is one of the most important dish in Indian Muslim cuisine. This is nice! The curry is not too spicy and full with the aroma of curry leavesand spices.The chicken is tender and almost absorb all the taste of the curry. It goes really well with a bowlof white rice.Perfect for my dinner.

With a simple mamak style, equip with malay dining experience, the restaurant is set to have a environment to enjoy malay food.Among my favourite, the Malay nasi lemak, the soft santan rice together with mild spiciness sambal is what i love in the restaurantlook at the nasi lemak, with the spicy red sambal, it look more tempting. The 'ikan bilis' also serve quite well together with the nasi lemak, as it is not that salty compare to usual 'ikan bilis'
