This is always our regular place to dine in if we ever visit The Gardens Mall on weekends.It has been a favorite of my parents as it offers authentic and tasty Chinese cuisine with a flare of tea infused food, making it even more special and fragrant.However it is best to come early, the tables are usually taken up during dinner time hence be there as early as 6PM. The interior design is filled with Chinese style. It's cool and cozy to have lunch or dinner here. Their service is very good. Every dish is cooked with tea. It is a really special restaurant! They also cook with less oil, less sugar, and less salt.Braised chicken with sweet chili is in Lychee black tea, it also comes with fries bun, RM32. It tastes yummy. You can take the fried bun to dip some sweet chili sauce, it's nice.

虽然吃完主食已经很饱了，可是吃下他们家的绿茶雷沙汤圆也不会觉得腻，只是玫瑰莲子糖水吃不惯而已。他们以茶入菜的概念非常地好，想吃好吃的但又要吃得健康，真的可以一尝紫藤茶馆的小菜。虽然做的菜属于淡，可是还是能吃到香味。

Purple Cane Tea Restaurant serve varies of dishes cooked with different type of teas. The tea taste blended with the dish perfectly, you can't really taste the tea. However, it's always the best that you enjoy a cup of nice tea after had a full meal.Stir fried lotus root and water chestnut with tea (RM15) is cooked with Long Jing Green Tea. 哇！这一个菜色也非常的特别，利用高山菜在放入几个熏过的鸡肉块还有一个薄薄的腐竹，味道很不错。高山菜有自然的甜味。不是苦苦那种的，配起鸡肉吃非常健康。一边用手忙着包裹，另一边手又忙着要拍照分享给大家。哈哈

这一个是莲子炖海底椰糖水。由于天气炎热，喝了这凉凉的糖水，身上的热气都好像被驱赶出来了。 厨师放了足够的材料下去，感觉糖水的甜味是自然从海底椰和莲子出来的，不是自己添加糖而存在的，非常好喝。

好浓郁的南瓜汤汁，喝起来非常的养生感觉，再来是鱼片，感觉更健康了！鱼片一片一片的，厚度刚刚好，吃起来嫩嫩的，哇。放进嘴里，配着饭吃都是一样的美味，好爱这一道食物，好有心思的！

这一个菜肴他是无比的甜，里面有各式各样的蔬菜，可以见到有蘑菇，莲偶，青椒，萝卜，玉蜀黍，等等。紫藤的食物每一个汤汁看起来很像是一模一样，但是喝起来的味道，一个比一个更加精彩。

每一个人一个茶壶那样，分量刚刚好，喝起来不会油腻，因为所选用的鸡只多余的油都被去除了。这一个人参炖鸡喝汤，是最佳的滋补的方法。不但可以喝到那么健康的汤又能感受和朋友家人共享美味时的快乐。这是获益不少！

紫藤原本是一間茶行, 專門賣中國的茶葉, 像是烏龍. 普洱. 紅茶. 綠茶. 鐵觀音等等, 應有盡有. 來到紫藤餐廳當然一定要點他們的茶來喝. 我推薦茶王人參烏龍, 一人要RM6, 雖然有點貴, 但這茶真的是好得有品質, 喝起來不澀不苦, 散發出一股很香很濃的茶味, 超讚!

今天去逛The Gardens時, 在Lower Ground Floor 看到了紫藤餐廳, 於是忍不住走進去吃了... 他們家的食物整體來說還不錯, 環境也都很好, 裝潢得很漂亮很舒服, 很適合一家人來聚餐. 我對這道胚芽蘇東情有獨鍾,於是點了它.胚芽蘇東還蠻好吃的, 只不過花枝有點硬, 如果再做得Q一點會更好, 我有拿胚芽來配飯, 十分好吃!

每次来到这到这里我都一定点这里的茶叶蛋。因为每次经过紫藤卖茶的地方都会被那里的味道所吸引。所以来到茶馆也会点这里的茶叶蛋。茶叶蛋味道很浓郁，完全都吸进去鸡蛋里面

Purple Cane Tea Restaurant 紫藤是一个很复古的名字，让人听了都不禁想起了远古时代。通常来到这里，我绝不会放过茶叶蛋。RM1 for each 1 egg. 这里几乎所有东西都关于茶。而且服务员们都彬彬有礼，还穿上小娘惹服装。很可爱。
