The glass noodle was fry with the crabs and has a hint of spiciness and saltiness. The glass noodles were sticking together and the amount of glass noodles were little. I did not taste any crab taste in the noodles. The crabs were not meaty either. The crab meats were hard to remove from the shell. The crab tasted normal, not flavorful nor it has the natural sweetness from the crab. Quite disappointed and expensive.
