I satisfied my cravings for pepper lunch today at Sunway Pyramid. The shop is situated next to Stylix which is located near to the escalator to the cinema. I ordered the chicken pepper rice which contains their famous pepper rice, chicken and corn. The presence of the corn made every spoon of the rice juicy.There are several spice and sauces that are available for consumers to add in their food, i.e. Honey Brown Sauce, Garlic Sauce, Salt and Pepper. I always add some Honey Brown Sauce flavouring while mixing the rice as it give some sweet taste to the rice. As you can see from the pictures above, the rice were white before the mix whereas it was brown after the mix. This is because I have added the Honey Brown Sauce as mentioned earlier.Despite the satisfaction that I have gain from this delicious lunch, I was kind of disappointed as there's no longer discounted rates for Watson Card Member. The absence of the discounts made it pricey for a student like me to afford. I paid RM16.75 for a plate of chicken pepper rice. Hence, I could only dine in pepper lunch once in a blue moon.

Pergi mana-mana memang air teh o ais limau jadi pilihan. Sama juga bila di Pepper Lunch, Sunway Pyramid ni. Aku tetap order Iced Lemon Tea. Harga dalam RM4.00 secawan. Memang rasa sangat manis. Perlu dicampur dengan air putih rasanya. Maklumlah aku tak kuat manis. Tapi air ni aku dapat minum sikit je sebab my partner minum sampai habis. Nasib la makan makanan semua masih panas so, tak adalah beriya-iya sangat nak minum air.

Pepper Lunch，这次是我第一次光顾这家店，他们会依照你所选的材料，然后就DIY，那概念还蛮特别的。我选了三文鱼的，味道呢，我觉得还可以，饭有点湿，可能是我本身较不能接受湿的饭吧。可是三文鱼还是好吃的，毕竟我爱吃三文鱼。下次可以试下他们其他的menu。

The selling point of this restaurant is their hot plate, special pepper and sauces to mix with your food. I absolutely love the combination- hot, spicy, savoury and moist all in one plate. I tried the chicken pepper lunch that came with rice, chicken cubes, corn kernels and sprinkle of black pepper served in a hot plate. When the dish comes, you have to pour sauce of your choice (soya/brown) and mix them altogether. Brown sauce goes well the most with this dish, I like to add extra of them. And oh boy the fluffy rice is infused with aromatic and pungent pepper aroma, along with the juicy and crunchy corn kernels (my favourite!). The chicken cubes were a little cooked beforehand to ensure no raw food is presented to us eventhough customers have stir fried it in DIY way. I would say that this dish is quite addictive, as I still can't get enough of it and kept thinking of it for one week

This is the hamburger steak with rice from Pepper Lunch. I quite like the food in Pepper Lunch, as it is like having your on sizzling plate right in front of you. The aroma of the sizzling food was irresistible. The whole place really smells like black pepper! The food was ready quite fast and very quickly, i start stirring all the ingredients in the hot plate. There are abundant of beansprouts, and sweet corn. The burger steak was big pieces, juicy and tender. I also love that the steak was not tough or cooked well done. The BBQ sauce was very tasty with the right BBQ taste i like. The whole combination was just delicious.
