Yam Rice with braised eggThis is a yam rice stall which is quite famous in Klang. The yam rice is cook with black sauce and yam. The yam smell good with the yam and it cook till just nice, . The yam is soft and a bit sticky. Overall the taste is very delicious for the rice. The braised egg taste strong, the sauce had totally go inside to the egg. The egg used is fresh and it cooked till just nice, so the egg taste chewy. The portion is quite big and very delicious.
