I has been so long ago since the last time i left a restaurant with 80% of food remain on their plate. The food at One Pot Hot is really sucks, sorry to say that. I ordered the follwoing :-1. Fish head noodle - the rice noodle is hard, seems not cook. the fried fish, OMG ! the flesh is dry, seems like being fried on standby for a few days, worst is that the fish's flesh is actually cold on the inside despite being so call cooked in hot soup. The fish texture, need not any mention of it, tasteles

The fish texture, need not any mention of it, tasteless and dry. Cant they just cook it properly ?
2. Sour & Spicy Fish head fried bee hoon - the noodle is so dried as if you are eating it raw. The dark soya souce is not evenly spread. The bee hoon was in "bundle" form, and it is call fried bee hoon, seems like "konlou" style. I dun have to mention about the wok fried taste and smell, coz there in NONE.
3. Fried Pork Intestine - i think it had been fried and keep in fridge for days. After i order, they just bring it out from the fridge and put into a microwave to heat it up. When the serve it on table, i can lay my hand on the dish and it is WARM, yes, WARM. They dun even bother to fried it. The texture, crispy , yes , but too crispy, too dried. I am a fan for fried intestine, and this is the WORST i have come across for the last 20years.
I wish that OpenRice can really do a proper survey or food tasting before posting your website. This One Pot Hot is really really a spoiler to Open Rice reputation as a good food guide.
