The Rendang Beef Rice in Old Town White Coffee is quite nice. There was a bowl of fluffy rice topped with fried egg. The generous ingredients included chunks of savoury and spicy rendang beef, some sambal ikan bilis, fried anchovies, acar, slices of cucumber as well as some papadam. The beef was a little tough, but it was expected. The fried anchovies weren’t very crunchy. The sambal ikan bilis was the highlight as it was very delectable.
