Finally, a dessert to end the meal. Loved the chocolate cake. It was warm, smooth, consistent, and bursting with chocolate goodness inside. As you slowly slice open the cake, chocolate blood starts drooling. Ice cream was pretty normal, didn't felt that special. But the overall combination was pretty good. Quite like the results and was pretty happy with it.

An extremely simple dish, nothing really much to ask for. Salmon was pretty fresh, couldn't trace any fishy scent. Well seasoned with salt and pepper topped with vegetables. Overall the dish wasn't to my liking. I really like Salmon but this was just too bland. There wasn't anything special, the only thing that was good was the results of the salmon, not overcooked nor undercooked. Besides that, nothing really that worth it.

wanted something healthier so my dad suggested me by having fish instead of meat. opted for panfried salmon and was quite surprised to see it coming out looking quite pale in color, so i thought it seems not fresh but how wrong was i! the salmon meat had no fishy scent or taste at all and was actually pan-fried quite well, with a slight grilled flavor that was still in tact although very light. Most of my family said it was too bland for them though :X

My brother decided to order this because he said he needed something more filling. the chicken thigh actually looked quite large in size. Marinated with cajun spices and southern bbq sauce as well as fries. the flavors of the chicken were quite explosive in my mouth. the strong taste of bbq sauce might be too overwhelming for most people as it seems like it has overpowered the taste of the chicken itself.

No, I did not dare to try this :X still do not have the nerves to even take a small sip from the shell as snails freaked me out. my dad and bf absolutely loved it though. apparently the snails served were 'baked snails' and had this rich buttery taste that had a kick of garlic to it, hence resulting in cheesy and flavorful snails lol. Served with garlic bread, the snails cost quite on the high side for RM23 for 6 pieces.

Omg this is probably the best mushroom soup i've ever had. i used to think Manhattan fish market or Tony roma's were great already but this one exceeded so far beyond my expectations. creamy and rich in texture, the mushrooms were also very evident inside the soup unlike most soups which were empty. the herbs used in the soup were a great addition - i felt the need to drink more with each sip i took. it was that addictive.

Large portion of juicy, tender, meaty fresh water prawns grilled to perfection, served with vegetables. Presentation wise, glorious. The prawns were fresh and packed full of flavour. As you continue chewing, the juices starts flowing. The salad was fresh and crispy served with a little balsamic vineger. I personally think its one of the best dishes in Memphis.

3 pieces of bone, served with spicy gravy, vegetables and fries. First and foremost,. the lamb meat was really tender and juicy. The meat was also packed with flavour without the sauce, which was a good thing. The spicy sauce wasn't all that spicy, only a little. It gave the lamb an extra sweet-spiciness to it. Grilled cuts of vegetables and fries were pretty normal.

One of the best mushroom soup I've tasted. The soup was creamy and rich. It was also consistent and well textured; the mushroom were cut quite nicely as well. It is well seasoned and packed full of flavour. After finishing the soup, I felt even hungrier. Another great appetizer. However, paying RM11.50 for a soup is slightly on the high side.

Having to pay RM23 for 6 Escargot would seem slightly expensive but for this, I think its fine. The size of each Escargot was surprisingly huge. The flavours was very well balanced, I could taste both the snail and the tomato cheese topping. The baguette on the side were toasted and evenly spread with garlic butter. However, I did find it a little disgusted when I was chewing it. Lovely.

A very simple yet delicious drink, the lemonade. The taste of lemon was truly refreshing, the drink itself was fizzy, sweet and sour. I believe that they weren't just using regular carbonated water. It tasted as if there was other elements which I cannot figure out inside as well. In conclusion, its light, refreshing, sweet and sour and rather cheap actually.

The dish was one of the recommended dishes. I like the barbeque sauce which gave the chicken a sweet tangy pairing that was so right. The chicken was grilled to perfection with the meat really juicy and taste very tender. The fries and onion rings which were served together is also deserving mention as they were delicious and crispy. The bistro has a good range of liquor to go with the food dining.

If you fancy fish, you may opt for the Pan Fried Ocean Trout but this is not a permanent feature on the menu. I think that is due to the seasonal catch. The flesh taste a bit like salmon and was tender and soft, not flaky which would spoil the texture. The same side dishes which accompany every mains is very well done with good flavours which was all natural. The best is the boiled potatoes which was just the right consistency.

A restaurant that many will travel far to sample their wonderful dishes. We tried their Hot Chocolate Lava Cake which really looks simple but tastes good enough for a second helping. The Lava Cake has hot chocolate sauce which oozes out when the cake is cut hence the name. The hot sauce tasted semi sweet with a bitter chocolate tinge which was delighting. Strawberry ice cream which is served together was a good pairing of hot and cold sensation. Out of this world.

The restaurant is located a little off the main road but with a little effort, the directions are quite easy to find. That should not deter diners because the food experience is worth going the distance.Having had a really great dinner, we decided to try their desserts as well. We ordered the Bread Pudding with Strawberry Ice Cream. It was simply delicious with the bread pudding really rich with banana flavour and has a coating of nuts which I like.
