Signature Dishes
As we are practically snacking all the way up while driving around Sekinchan town, we happen to stop by this local shop that specializing in native products over here. It was a scorching hot day indeed. So we are thinking we would be better off by taking some cooling drinks to balance off the heat.So I got myself this brownish bottle of sea bird nest. It is actually a gelatin-like thingy that share a close resemblance to bird nests, but this is said to contain more collagen value and much more affordable compared to its compatriot It’s sweet and very thirst quenching indeed, with some addition of ‘Lo Hon Ko’ as well. Else, you could also help yourself with the bottles of ‘ Ambula with Asam’. Both are equally cooling! ^__^
