Green Tea SoyaAt first I was bit skeptical to give this a try, cause it seems bit too bland, hehe. But I beg to differ after that. This cubic bread is made of soya bean base, thus giving it a natural kind of milky taste which is quite aromatic in a subtle way. Paired with matcha (my favourite) add an extra edge to it, allowing the tea fragrance arise and blend in perfectly with the soya bread. It’s already good to have it as it is, without the need to spread any jam or butter on it. Loving this s

Chocolate BreadFor this chocolate cube here, I think it’s tad too dry to my liking. I expect it to be slightly moist with the bread engulfed with a moderate chocolaty taste, if not richer bit. I once tasted the produce from the En Giza, which is marble bread, and that taste better, at least the chocolate taste is more apparent Anyhow, still a good try and its spiral design does cheers me up in a way! ^^

As a self-proclaimed cheese enthusiast, anything that is cheese-related would spark me to jovial mood, and therefore, the food wouldn’t hardly go wrong with this wonderful treasure.

This Apple Danish ain’t the ordinary pastry. It’s the gist of cream cheese that intrigued me to trying it. Well, the judgment serves to be a good one
The danish is soft and flaky, with some hint of butter flavor, as well as some dashes of icing sugar. The cream cheese besides milky also gives out some tinge of saltiness but got balanced off with the sweetness of the apple bites within. Just wish that the cheese part could be more
Yum!

Lemon BriocheAt first glance, it looks more like an orange chiffon cake before the sight of the label is being noticed, hehe. So here you go, this soft Lemon Brioche from Komugi Café. The bread (or shall I called cake for the softness of it? ^^) is very fluffy and spongy as well. The lemon flavor is very distinguishable with some citrusy to accompany along. If more milk content was added in this bakery, then it would be much better with the improved moisture.

Maple BreadAnother delish bread from Komugi Café. Due to its strategic location, it remains one of my most frequented bakehouse whenever I crave for bakeries, hehe. This Maple Bread is soft and deliciously drenched with some walnut chunks on the top to give it some nutty texture. The texture of the loaf is very fluffy and the syrup content is just nice, not too overly sugary. It’s very fragrant and the occasional sweetness is very tantalizing indeed. It’s just as awesome if eaten that way.

Green Tea BreadI would say this green tea bread is pretty special. It’s the green beans who got me intrigued and end up going home with it Not sure if it’s called Yuzu beans, but definitely it’s delish to the palate and not too sweet. It bears some fresh greenish beany taste but not too overpowering. Perhaps subtleness is the world to go. I personally love to enjoy it with a cup of milk, and it’s such a blissful way to start the day with this cutesy loaf

Seeking something sweet, we strolled to Komugi, which is on Pavilion's sixth floor.Komugi is a cafe that brims with bread, though surveying its showcase will reveal a range of desserts such as this milky-creamy pudding ...... Hokkaido cheese tarts & Hanjuku cheese cakes ...... plus Namachoco green tea sponge cakes. Available also at Komugi's Mid Valley branch.
