Traditional Tau Fu Fah is so yesterday. When you come to this shop, one thing that you can never find is the original Tau Fu Fah. In fact, all Tau Fu Fah here have different flavour. Example like Chocolate, Strawberry, Pandan, Longan, Kiwi etc. Some people who look at the first sight thought that they are colouring, actually they are not.My all time favourite is the pure Pandan. Because the fragrance of pandan actually make the tau fu fah taste better. The texture is same just the taste is different. The recent visit, I tired to add some longan on it. End up the sweetness of longan spoil the pandan taste. Not to say longan not nice. Just that I prefer pure pandan taste or pure longan taste.
