Do you know that the simplest dish is the hardest to cook, we had ordered this dish - fry taufu and i does not like it at all. this dish look simple but it require good cooking skill to cook it, i think that the chef din make sure it is fully unfrozen before he fry it, there is a weird taste inside even using chili sauce the taste were still there.Moreover i would suggest that this taufu should come with the thai style chili sauce instead of this type of chili sauceif i were to rate this i would

This is a must to order whenever i went out for dinner, as my brother does not like to eat steam fish, most of the time at home i will only choose to fry it.the best way to know whether a fish is fresh or not is to choose it to be steam plain, in this way you will know whether the fish is over cooked or not. The place that i went here the chef were well experience and they controlled the timing of steaming the fish quite good.if i were to rate this dish i would probably give 8/10

I always have the same question when i went out for dinner, especially when i order for this dish, lam yu fry chicken. i like to cook and i had tried a few times to cook this but it had never look like this before.to cook this dish the chef must be very good in controlling the heat of the oil, if the oil is too hot it would probably make the chicken not cooked inside, but if the oil is not hot enough it could probably cause the chicken to be too dry as you will be frying it for a long time.This
