Signature Dishes
Since I don't have idea for my dinner and just pass by this restaurant, so just come and have a try. I never realize this restaurant before as it located beside a road without others shop. However, the restaurant is full of people.I ordered their Signature Bak Kut Teh with mix pork meats and organs. For Bak Kut Teh I will very concern on their soup, for this soup is ok as I can't taste the heavy herbs and spices taste like the Bak Kut Teh from Klang. However, they give a lots of mix porks, spare ribs, and organs especially pork tripe! wohoo~ All these meats and organs are fresh and the soup include red medlar berry inside it which was my first time saw it.Of course I won't miss out eat with Chinese Crullers. Their crullers are so crispy even after you dipped into the soup, you still can heard the crispy sound come out from your mouth
