趁着周末去了一趟武吉丁宜 (Bukit Tinggi)。。。这一个距离吉隆坡约1小时车程 (60公里)的渡假村，一路上隐藏着不少美食好去处。在抵达度假村之前，位于文东这个小镇有一间老字号 - 欢乐美食饭店，就在从吉隆坡往 Bukit Tinggi 的加叻大道右手边。我们下午2点半到达，人不算多，店里有2-3桌客人。服务员的态度挺好的，我们第一次来点菜慢，她都在一旁面带微笑耐心地等，偶尔向我们介绍他们店里的招牌菜。我跟着网友的推荐，点了几款菜。。。鱼肉鲜甜，火喉刚刚好，而且鱼价也比一般餐馆低一些。只不过凤梨味稍嫌重了些，味道偏酸。这道菜在网络上好坏参半，味道嘛。。。有点类似排骨王或妈蜜的煮法。特别之处是肉片切得很薄，所以咬在嘴里香香脆脆的，连肥瘦肉都傻傻分不清楚了。来到高原地带附近，总免不了要点西洋菜。据说这菜是店家自家种的。菜是挺新鲜的，味道也没什么好说，清炒应该哪里都一样。这道好像没有人介绍过，是我们想吃才点的。价钱虽然不便宜，但这是目前为止我吃过最嫩滑的田鸡肉，配上鸡精和淡淡的酒香，好吃！！店外有很多摊档摆卖土产和当地的农产品。有各式各样的蔬菜，紫薯，香蕉，百香果等等，还有著名的文冬姜。食物 ☆☆☆☆服务 ☆☆☆☆环境 ☆☆☆价钱 ☆☆☆☆推荐 - 鸡精蒸田鸡部落格原文 http://zap-pa-lang.blogspot.com/2013/07/restoran-foon-lock-bentong-pahang.html

This would be a common dish where most of us would cook it at home, the reason we order this dish here is because the waitress told us that the french bean were planted by their own and not taken by any third part farm.Besides that this is they young type french bean not those that we commonly saw out side, every bit of it you would hear the crunchy sound from the french bean.Besides that they add in some minced meat to cook it, this is were the dish were not too plain, moreover they put in a lot of garlic in this dish, every bite of it you will taste the garlic.If i were to rate this i would give 7/10
