The highlights that I tried out and would like to recommend at here are Salt Wrap Fish and Peanut Butter Crab.
Salt Wrap Fish was the dish that caught most of my fancy. It requires an elaborate cooking preparation and technique, hence booking is highly recommended or else you might need to wait for an hour and half in order to savor this unique Salt Wrap Fish. The fish was caught fresh from aquarium upon order and not refrigerated. It was because fresh fish still retained its gooey texture which was important to ensure the fine salt sticked nicely on the fish's skin before chef cooked it. The fish was very fresh with a little bit of salty taste. The outer skin was fully covered by white layers of fine salt, so do not act smart and pick one to taste unless you want to only drink water throughout the dining. Chef stuffed blended ginger and spring onion inside the fish's stomach to give the dish more taste and aroma.
I am huge fan of crab dishes and enjoyed very much the Peanut Butter Crab here. The crab was fresh and big, tasted wonderful with its thick creamy butter gravy that had a hint of spiciness coming from the small chili paddy. As usual, 'man tao' was served and it matched very well with the butter gravy that had chunked peanuts inside.
Food here is reasonable priced with not stingy portion. I shall definitely come back here to indulge more nice food especially the crabs!
