想念它的炸田鸡! 趁来吉隆坡工干, 介绍朋友去试。对! 炸田鸡! 的确很少人会那样做,除了弄椒盐! 两个朋友都没试过~ 这里田鸡就只用姜片来炸,薄薄的姜片炸起来脆口,田鸡吃起来咸香~ 最后我们还多加一碟田鸡。其他菜, 招牌豆腐和妈蜜排骨 普通, 但可以尝试。唯独 啦啦上汤 麻麻地~ 少了点鲜味, 放太多姜丝和子天椒。 破坏了整体的味道。 3个人,5道菜,共RM125包含消费税。 田鸡一碟 RM33。价钱合理。地点容易找,就在public bank各几间。  continue reading

这道招牌豆腐是把白豆腐炸的酥脆,外脆内软,再加上炸过的肉酥和酱油,肉碎的咸香加上豆腐的滑嫩配搭的很好,其实招牌豆腐的煮法很简单,材料也普通但是大记河鱼饭店的就是煮的比较好吃,而且价钱也便宜RM5一份,但我一个人就可以吃完一整块 continue reading

豆豉蒸非洲鱼简直是这里的招牌呢,魚肉絕對新鮮,完全没有泥的丑味。火候控制得非常好,鱼肉完全没有被蒸过时,它的肉吃起来是那么的鲜甜。我很喜欢他的豆豉酱汁,十分的香。实在是令人食指大动呢,价钱中等,我觉得非常值得推荐。 continue reading

Fast Food Fish Head is a kinda weird name of a Chinese restaurant in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As we all know, steam fish must take some time but they put their name as "Fast Food" . This restaurant is famous for its steamed fresh-water fish.Tung Gua Leung ChaChiu Pai Taufu The taufu is crispy in the outer layer and soft and smooth in the inner layer. GREAT dish with some minced pork meat on the top.Stir-fried Kailan The kailan was stir-fried with oyster sauce and some garlic. It was crunchy. Love kailan that is crunchy more than those too soft texture. 1/2 Steamed Tilapia "Chiu Pai Cheng" The fish was steamed with Chinese fermented black beans and their speciality sauce. The fish was definitely fresh and so its flesh tasted so soft, sweet and smooth.
