Sometimes when I'm Cheras Leisure Mall and get tired of looking through various menus and still undecided on what to eat, Esquire Kitchen is always a good alternative. I can never go wrong with their Zha Jiang Mien, Signature Fried Shanghai Noodles, Dong Po Meat with Buns, Dried Chilli Chicke and of course their Siew Baos and Lou Po Peng If you go during lunch hour weekdays they have special set lunches for below RM10 too continue reading

Lemon chicken can consider one of the special dish for me. The chicken is deep fried until the skin turned into golden yellow colour then served with the lemon sauce. The lemon sauce is very thick with strong sourish lemon taste. When you pour the lemon sauce onto the chicken, you can taste the sweetness from the chicken meat followed by the sourish sauce taste. Dung-Po meat actually is quite a famous dish from Hangzhou, China. Some people say it was created by the famous Poetry - Su, DongPo. That's why this dish is derived from his name. The meat was cooked for few hours and add in a little bit of alcohol for the taste. The best way to eat this dish is eat together with bun. You dip the bun with the sauce.
