Finally, we have encountered the King of the Fruit! Durians! Hehe..While some may be not get used to the pungent odour, but to the other party, they loves it dearly, hehe. It might fit in well in this saying on the contrary; “One man’s meat could be another man’s poison” . .After my dad had helped to open up the durian, the whole house was infused with its fragrance. The aroma of the durians could be really irresistible. However, we need to be a bit patient for we prefer to have it after chille

After my dad had helped to open up the durian, the whole house was infused with its fragrance. The aroma of the durians could be really irresistible. However, we need to be a bit patient for we prefer to have it after chilled in the fridge. So once the edible flesh is scooped out of the husk, we quickly keep them in a tight container ad come back after few hours? ^^ I think it taste much better! Haha..

The custard is really soft and creamy, amidst its wickedly distinct fragrance, haha. There is this rich glutinous smoothness in the pulp that got you hook up for more and add to its delicacy. If you’re lucky, you would get a big pulp with very small seed inside
The fruit’s taste is delicate, slightly sweet-acidic and the pulp seem to just melt in your mouth.

Enjoyed the exotic fruit!
