这日本店在low yat 都好几年了。我在这里工作了三年从来都没试过这件日本餐厅的食物，直到有天我经过看到那师傅煮着东西，好像很好吃般，所以就进去尝尝。这里的食物就好像pizza 一样，可以选不同的口味和不同的料。我选的都是虾与肉。煮出来的味道非常香，而且很好吃。

Signature Dishes
Daimon Okonomiyaki is a special Japanese store which sells Japanese pancake that has various type of ingredients. Located at the basement level of Low Yat, the store is quite small with limited tables and an open space kitchen. I find it interesting to see how they cook it! It is more like Japanese version of American pizza, and I am tempted to try some. On top of the flour, there are alot of cabbage with other ingredients such as prawn, squid and chicken. Topped with special dark sauce, the pancake burst with extra flavours. It is quite salty, but in a good way. The overall taste is very good, slightly sweet because of the cabbage. And the portion is big and well presented. Love it.
