Visited Bisou Bake Shop @ Bangsar Village and decided to take away their cupcake and Rainbow cake.Red Velvet Cup Cake, taste good. Very generous in their frosting on top.Love their Rainbow cake, not very sweet. And the cake is not dry, but moist.The colours are just so beautiful.

The cupcakes were lovely. It would be unfair to compare it to a cake because these are two quite different things. The frosting on top of the cupcake is really good, anything with chocolate is from tempered chocolate and the cake was moist and pleasing to the tongue. I would say this will be great for birthdays because then you can have an assorted flavour instead of just one.. LOL.

Bisou has abandoned Asian Heritage Row for Bangsar Village. The new location looks somewhat sterile and impersonal, but the food is still good and the service is splendid. The salads here remain a major highlight. Tantalizingly fresh and inventive. Portions are massive enough to make them main courses.One of our favourites is the Caprese salad, containing tomatoes, avocado, bocconcini and wild rocket in basil pesto. Equally tasty but a lot more crunchy is the three-bean salad, which comprises haricot vert, sugar snap peas and edamame in Thai sesame syrup. The heavily hyped cupcakes are not bad, but not a knockout either.We had the Chocolate Dementia (choc cupcake with choc ganache) and Dotty (vanilla cupcake with choc frosting). Both were not too sweet, but not quite moist enough.

Ever heard of Bisou Bake Shop There are two branches that i know, in KLCC and in Bangsar Shopping Centre.What special about it They have lots of very cute and yummy cupcakes, and cakes, and JUMBO CUPCAKE.I had twice the opportunity of purchasing the JUMBO CUPCAKE, and when it says Jumbo, it means HUGE. Imagine a Cupcake with a size of a 1kg Cake. AWESOME ! They came in variety of flavors, one of them is Blue B which i tried for the first attempt. It was so yummy and rich, that in the middle of the Cupcake, it was filled with tonnes of Blueberry ! And when you cut it, it sort of Burst with Blueberry Fillings.
