Signature Dishes
Came by Summit for lunch one day as my client wanted to meet up there. The client chose this place as it was Halal, and they had some muslim colleagues with them.I tried their Empal Penyet Set, as it looked delicious, and I did not want to eat fried chicken that day. The dish arrived shortly after ordering, and it was because of the lack of crowd that day. Apart from the empal (beef) itself, the set also comes with a small bowl of soup, fried tofu, fried soya, kangkung, sambal and some quite raw vegetables.The empal, which is beef in Indonesian, is quite nice. It is quite flavourful, and full of beefy taste. It is also covered with some fried pieces of flour, which is quite nice as well. However, I find the empal a little too chewy and dry.The bowl of soup consists of some chicken pieces and tofu along with some rice noodles. For RM10.50 nett, it's quite a good deal.

Along with the ayam penyet, I ordered the soda gembira as the drink of my choice, due to its queer name. When it arrives, the drink looks suspiciously like sirap with milk. This drink actually is quite unique upon my first sip. It actually tastes like sirap bandung but with an added zest because it is carbonated. It is however, slightly too sweet for my liking so I waited for some ice to melt to dilute it a little. This is a great drink which I would pair with their spicy dishes, but it would have been perfect if it was a little less sweeter.

went to summit usj to watch movie..while waiting for the movie showtime, i had lunch at ayam penyet ria..this was my first time came here ordered ayam penyet set for lunch..it comes with smashed chicken, fried tempe, fried tauhu, rice, vege and sambal..the sambal was very hot and spicy..i like! smashed chicken also delicious, fresh..the vegetables also fresh..well, i can say that their ayam penyet set was very delicious..really enjoyed it..i will definitely come again to ayam penyet ria because their food was very good and delicious..besides service also good..price for me is quite reasonable..it's just perfect
