Signature Dishes
The grilled ayam penyet was fragrant and the meat was soft. The skin was grilled to slightly burnt and it tasted sweet. The coating was sticky and the crispy bits were stuck to it. The tempe (fermented bean piece) was good and not too strong of fermented smell. Together with the chilli that is spicy, the combination was very good. I would not mind ordering this again.
