Mixed vegetables, goes very well with white rice. It tastes more Chinese than Thai though, somehow. Crunch and sweet baby corn, sweat snow peas, crunch cauliflowers, quite nice. Capsicum is not cooked to softness though, so it still tastes harsh. Overall the dish was sweet, sour, and a bit spicy.

One of the sinfully indulgent popular Thai dishes... really strange that you could hardly ever spot a fat Thai person. The egg was thin and dry, but the pad thai itself was nutty, sour, sweet, and had a mix of crunchy and chewy textures. Very little meat though.
