有多久没有喝妈妈煲的暖心汤了呢?这里就有妈妈的煲汤食谱哦!试一试这道花蟹辣汤吧!

Ingredients | 材料:2 flower crabs (blue crabs) / ketam bunga | 花蟹 2只, 2 potatoes | 马铃薯 2个, 1.5 litres water | 清水 1.5公升

Seasonings | 调味料 : 150g chili paste | 辣椒糊 150克, 4 tbsp tomato sauce | 番茄酱 4汤匙, 1 tsp salt | 盐 1茶匙

Method | 做法:
1. Clean flower crabs and cut each into quarters.
花蟹清理干净,各切4块。

2. Peel potatoes and cook in boiling water until soft. Remove and mash into a paste.
马铃薯去皮,放入沸水煮软,取出,压成泥。

3. Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil. Add flower crabs and cook for about 1 hour.
将清水倒入汤锅内煮沸。放入花蟹,煮约1 小时。

4. Add mashed potato, chili paste and tomato sauce, cook for about 20 minutes. Stir in salt and serve.
接着加入马铃薯泥、辣椒糊和番茄酱,以中火煮约20分钟。拌入盐即成。

Note | 提示:
This dish is actually Gulai Ketam (Malay’s crab soup). It can be served with mee (noodles) or mihun (rice vermicelli), or also serve as Jawa Mee’s soup.
此汤就是友族的螃蟹汤,可以用来搭配面或米粉,也可以当作爪哇面的汤底。
