Ingredients | 材料:1/2 pig’s trotter | 猪脚 1/2 个, 150g red beans | 红豆 150克, 1.5 litres water | 清水 1.5公升
easonings | 调味料:1 tsp salt | 盐 1茶匙, 1 tsp light soy sauce | 生抽 1茶匙
Method | 做法:
1. Cut pig’s trotter into pieces, rinse and scald in boiling water. Remove and set aside.
猪脚斩块后洗净,放入沸水中汆烫,取出待用。
2. Blanch red bean in boiling water, remove and rinse under running water. Drain.
红豆以沸水汆烫,捞出后冲洗干净,沥干。
3. Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil. Add pig’s trotter and red beans, bring to a boil again over high heat.
将清水倒入汤锅内煮沸。放入猪脚和红豆, 以大火再次煮沸。
4. Transfer mixture from Method 3 to a slow cooker and cook over high heat for about 3 hours. Stir in Seasonings.
将做法3混合物移入慢炖锅(电砂煲),以 大火煮约3小时。拌入调味料即成。
