Pie Tee with Tasty Filling Recipe 肉香饼杯食谱

Pie Tee ingredients | 面糊材料: 150g rice flour | 粘面粉150克, 50g custard powder | 奶黄粉50克, adequate castor sugar | 细糖适量, 50g coconut santan powder | 椰浆粉50克, 2 eggs | 鸡蛋2粒、150g water | 清水150克

Filling | 馅料:60g minced pork | 肉碎60克, 30g prawns paste | 虾胶30克, 1 onion (diced) | 大葱1粒(切片), 1 piece fried taukua (diced and fried) | 豆干1块(切丁炸透), 20g red capsicum(diced) | 红色灯笼椒20克(切丁), 30g diced carrot | 红萝卜30克(切丁), 1 tbsp chopped dried prawns | 虾米1汤匙(剁碎), 1/2 tsp minced ginger | 姜茸 1/2茶匙, 1/2 tsp minced garlic | 蒜茸1/2茶匙

Seasoning | 调味料:1 tsp light soy sauce | 酱油1茶匙, 1/2 tsp sugar | 白糖1/2茶匙, 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder | 鸡粉1/2茶匙, 1/4 tsp five spice powder | 五香粉1/2茶匙, 1 tsp oyster sauce | 蚝油1茶匙, 1/4 tsp pepper | 胡椒粉1/4茶匙

Garnishing | 装饰:1 tbsp diced red chili | 红辣椒粒1汤匙, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion | 青葱粒1汤匙

Method | 做法:
1.Combine batter ingredients well together. Heat enough oil in a heated wok. Dip pie tee mould in hot oil. Remove and place into the batter. Immediately put back the pie tee mould into the hot oil over medium low heat. Once the pastry is detached from the mould, allow the pie tee case to swim around the oil till golden and crispy. Dish out and put aside. 把面糊材料混合,热足够的油在锅里,把饼杯模沾面糊,然后放入热油中炸至脱模,再炸成金黄色才捞出,滴干油。

2.Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok and sauté ginger, dried prawns and garlic till fragrant. Add in minced pork,prawns and all the remaining ingredients. Stir-fry well till cooked through. Add in seasoning and stirfry to mix. Sprinkle in a little water to moisten the dish. Dish out and leave to cool completely.
起锅热1汤匙油,把姜、虾米及蒜爆香,然后加入肉碎、虾胶及其他剩余材料,炒至熟透后加入调味料,并撒少许水以保湿,然后盛出待凉。

3.Spoon filling to fill up the pie tee case and add a little chopped spring onion and red chili. Serve with chili sauce.
把馅料舀入饼杯里,撒上青葱粒和红辣椒粒,即可配辣椒酱吃。

Corn Pie Tee Recipe 玉米杯食谱

Pie Tee Hat Ingredients | 饼杯材料:180g plain flour | 面粉180克, 50g rice flour | 粘米粉50克, 1 egg (beaten) | 鸡蛋1粒(打散), 400ml water | 水400克, 1/4 tsp salt | 盐1/4茶匙, 1 hat shape iron mold | 帽饼模型1个

Filling | 馅料:180g corn kernel | 玉米粒180克, 80g minced meat | 肉碎80克, 1 onion (chopped) | 大葱粒1粒, 1 red chili (chopped) | 红辣椒碎1条, some chopped spring onion | 葱粒适量

Seasoning | 调味料:2 tbsp Sambal chili sauce | Sambal辣椒酱2汤匙, 1/2 tsp chicken powder | 鸡精粉1/2茶匙, dash of sugar and salt | 糖及盐少许

Method | 做法:
1. Mixes Pie Tee Hat ingredients into batter.
将饼杯材料混合均匀过滤成为粉浆。

2.Heat hat shape iron mould in hot oil until hot, drain and dip into batter, then deep fry with hot oil until browned and then shake it off and drain.
将模型置入热油中烧热后滴干油,沾上粉浆,然后入油中炸至浅褐色后轻轻地摇动它脱模,取出沥油备用。

3. Blanch corn kernel in boiling water, drain.
玉米粒以沸水川烫过,沥干。

4. Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, sauté onion until fragrant, add minced pork and stir fry until loosen.
烧热2汤匙油炒香大葱碎,放入肉碎炒至松散。

5. Toss in corn kernel, chopped chili and seasoning.
加入玉米粒、辣椒碎及调味料拌炒。

6. Lastly add in chopped spring onion. Stuff ingredients into Pie Tee and serve.
最后加入青葱粒兜匀便可盛入杯中享用。
