Ingredients A | 材料A:4g seaweed | 紫菜4克, 20g Chinese celery (cut sections) | 芹菜20克(切段), 1/2 pkt enokitake mushroom | 金针菇1/2包

Ingredients B | 材材B:1 tomato | 番茄1粒, 50g abalone mushroom | 鲍鱼菇50克, 50g salted mustard | 咸菜50克, 3 bowls water | 水3饭碗

Ingredients C | 材料C:some juliennes ginger | 姜丝适量, 1/2 tbsp oil | 油1/2大匙

Seasoning | 调味料:1 tsp vegetarian stock |斋汤1茶匙, 1/4 tsp salt |盐1/4茶匙, 1/2 tsp sesame oil |麻油1/2茶匙

Method | 做法:
1.Sauté salted mustard in dry wok without oil until fragrant.
将咸菜用白镬(镬不放油)炒香,备用。

2. Sauté ingredients C until fragrant,add in tomato,abalone mushroom and salted mustard,stir-fry until fragrant,pour in water and simmer for a short while; toss in seasoning and ingredients A,dish out.
爆香材料C,加入番茄、鲍鱼菇及咸菜炒香,再加入3饭碗水,煮片刻,加入调味料和材料A即成。

Tips | 小贴士:
Use seaweed that do not need to wash,sauté it with 1 tsp hot oil will enhance its fragrance.
紫菜要买免洗那种,烧热油1茶匙,爆香紫菜可增加紫菜香气。

紫菜有效成份对艾氏癌的抑制率53.2%,有助于脑肿瘤、乳腺癌、甲状腺癌、恶性淋巴瘤等肿瘤的防治。紫菜尤其适合甲状腺肿大、水肿、慢性支气管炎、咳嗽、瘿瘤、淋病、脚气、高血压、肺病初期、心血管病和各类肿块、增生的患者更宜食用。

Seaweed is NOT suitable for | 紫菜不适合的人群:

Patients with symptoms like poor digestion and spleen problem should not consume seaweed as it will cause diarrhea, abdominal pain; plus breast cancer patients are advised not to consume.
不过,消化功能不好、素体脾虚者不宜多食,可致腹泻;腹痛便溏者禁食;乳腺小叶增生以及各类肿瘤患者食用;脾胃虚寒者忌食。
